I used this company to purchase my first home and it was not a good experience. My realtor, Laura Waites, definitely took away from the excitement. At closing I ended up paying more money out of pocket due to her telling me that the sellers were paying for the home warranty, which didn't happen. She also told me that I would get a picture after signing. That didn't happen. She walked out of the room after everything was over. She didn't go over the contract with me.
