I have purchased two homes through the Castelo Group. Joey was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire homebuying process for both houses. He is informative, always responds quickly with accurate information, and is always a step ahead of the whole process. Along with the two home purchases, Joey helped navigate six refi's over ten years to lower the cost of my mortgage as well. I would highly recommend Joey to anyone.

Terrible!! Please do not buy a home from The Castelo Group. “40 + years” in the business and they still have not learned any people skills. Extremely rude and unprofessional to not only myself and my husband but also to our realtor and inspector throughout the whole process. I have never encountered anything like this before. If I could leave zero stars I would. Mr. Castelo is truly an arrogant human being. My mom rented from him for about 2 years. She left May 30, 2021. When trying to obtain the security deposit back ,Mr. Castelo did nothing but prolong the process and was trying to find anything he could to not give back the full amount. My mother cleaned and washed the rugs the weekend prior to giving back the keys, dusted cleaned the countertops, cleaned the bathroom vacuumed and washed the rugs and he said that he needed to hire a cleaning c... read more
