This guys is a "slumlord" – Steve Moffitt is too cheap to hire the necessary maintenance personnel to service all this properties and forces his tenants to live in subpar conditions. For example, when we signed the lease, he promised to remove the disgusting, dog-soiled carpet that the previous tenant left behind, having one month prior to our move in date to do so. Steve Moffitt Not a man of his word – I purchaced a home built by Mr. Moffitt and now a year has passed since we closed and property has still not been completed. Every time I ask for the small jobs to be completed Steve has an excuse and will never get them completed. While charming he lacks resposibility for his work and his actions. Broken promises is what I recieved and it made owning my first home disapointing. I would not recomend anyone to purchace a home from him.
