Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone to use them. I had listed my home with another company. ERA, Soraia Bell , was representing the buyers. Soraia was horrible to work with throughout the whole process, lied about multiple things throughout. The day before we were set to close Soraia had taken the buyers over to our home to do their final walk though. That was perfectly fine.
