Long story. First, we had personal situation where they told us one thing and did another. It was so bad that I called her out on it. When I told her I was calling the association of realtors she threatened me. She said something like "if you say anything to anyone I'll destroy you. You have no idea who you are messing with". I went to the Association of Realtors anyway. He said "Oh trust me, we get calls like this about her all the time. Sadly, we've not been able to do much". Second story. Unfortunately, our experience with Julie was less than ideal. As first-time homebuyers—and veterans at that—we expected guidance, transparency, and advocacy throughout the process. Instead, it was clear afterward that she prioritized the sellers, who were repeat clients, over us.
Always friendly staff.
We drove 2200 miles to look at a house and Would’ve loved to purchased it. We were on able to see it and it should not be listed if you cannot even show it or sell it. Extremely disappointed
