For a pandemic to be going on they were a total waste of time! Very difficult and dishonest! Applied online. A week gone by and we hear nothing! Had to call numerous of times until finally got ahold of someone. Asked about our app and was told we're at the top of the list for approval. Problem was how they raise the rent on a property during the application process??! After a few complaints she offered our app fees back or she'll go ahead and approve us if we put down the deposit asap. We did just that. Started packing over ... read more
Only because they can’t receive 0 Stars. Stay away from this place. No customer service, no maintenance when required, and they don’t even show up during hours of operation and try to charge you a late fee because they closed the office on normal working days. Absolute garbage business
