I recently met Steve and Aimi—unfortunately I didn’t catch their last names—but they made a strong impression. Knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced. They took the time to answer questions, offered valuable insights on the local market, and carried themselves with the confidence of people who know exactly what they’re doing. If you need realtors who are sharp, helpful, and easy to talk to, I would absolutely recommend connecting with them.
Jaime Fish Connell is the best! First, she is a native Mainer with deep knowledge of the Midcoast area (she works out of the Rockland office). Second, she is very knowledgeable about home construction; Jaime gave me invaluable assistance while I remodeled the home she sold for me. Finally, Jaime worked hard to help me sell my property; Jaime was not afraid to dive into the bushes to find property markers or help me with other hard work. I am very grateful for Jaime’s help in getting the best deal for my house.
Tricia was extremely present and helpful throughout the home buying transaction. Her expertise and knowledge helped us navigate a stressful time that ordinarily could be extremely challenging. We were in a hurry to get a new home and relied on their agent to our detriment. We should have known these guys were untrustworthy when they charged a $500 retainer fee. Their agent recommended an inspector who we later discovered was utterly incompetent and missed major issues with electrical, plumbing, and the roof that ended up costing us many thousands of dollars in unforeseen repairs. When we complained, they basically said, “tough luck.” Find another realtor.
