Renting: The setup for a unit was easy and the website is fairly easy to use. That's about all the quality I can describe. Unfortunately, unless you are having a disaster or threaten to charge them for doing it yourself, maintenance will not come for the little things that make renting a home enjoyable (e.g. screens on your windows, minor damages caused by break-ins, weatherstripping, backed up vents, etc), no matter what they promise you.
