Ryan is ignorant and takes up your intire day by not returning your call. When he does gives you nothing but gibberish he has absolutely no knowledge of contacts/ warranty’s so does nothing but brush you off insid of getting you in contact with someone who has knowledge he just says your not covered. Just recently purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain from them, with 136k miles on it. And now, NOT 2 MONTHS later, the timing chain broke & needs an entire new engine!! The repair & labor will cost us $8000, which is about the same amount the car sold for! And to make matters worse, they were well aware that these GMC’s Terrains from that time era were known for having this particular problem, yet no one bothered warning us of those potential issues before buying the car!!
