Our agent, Stanton, was fantastic. We first spoke in February, and he looked at houses with us. However, my lending wasn’t ready on my part, and Stan still followed up and stayed in touch. I told Stan very soon that we would close on our house. Many agents wouldn’t want to make sure you get to look and really see which house is your home. But for Stan, I can’t say the same. Just sold my home with this company and let me just tell you. 100% an absolute cercus, the assistant and realtor/owners lack of communication was absolutely horrible. I can say this was the worse real state company I have ever dealt with within my time of buying homes. Realtor will say one thing and there assistant would say the total opposite about the same situation. The lack of professionalism and communication on a scale of 1-10 was at best a 2-1/2. My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience working with this group Nothing but lies and pressure so that they can get the sale and get their commission We were supposed to close on a property at 14 Iron Bridge Rd. in Chesterfield. Recently dealt with a realtor named Joseph C who was not helpful at all and down right rude when asking a simple question that would not have been hard to answer. I don't know if he was having a bad day or if this is how he normally conducts business but I would avoid doing business with him at all.
