This review is for Mr. Kevin Zimmer. I do not recommend listing your property with Mr. Zimmer. I contacted him directly about a listing. He was the listing agent. He refused to show me the house unless I retained the services of a realtor. His text message read, "If you are not loyal to an agent I am not wasting my time." He then called me.
