I wouldn’t give Deb even one star my friend rents from era and she’s horrible in every way as a rental property person they should hire someone knew because she’s not doing era any favors with their reputation
Working ERA has been a very unpleasant experience. They will steal most of your deposit from you without even giving good explanations as to why they took the money from you. Deb is not quick to get back to you and is very unpleasant to work with. The receptionist was also not a very pleasant person. If you can help it, don't go through ERA for your property rental. We are so glad to not have to work with them any more! Avoid if at all possible!!
