Our experience with this real estate agency was awful. I would not refer them to anyone. I posted a review of them on their google site, but somehow was able to take it down. Evidently, they don't allow 1 star reviews on their google. Watch out for fake reviews.
We hired a realtor from era realty. Our dealings with her were very rude and unprofessional. She was paid money (by a builder) to refer us to this builder, which they turned out to be horrible and she went on to defend the builder and we were left with a huge mess.
The worse. They write their own 5 star reviews. Pathetic. Just like Bill Menke's mouth.
If you value your home and want a realtor that wil support you be knowledgable and help you along the way do not go with these agents. We made a huge mistake listing with this agency... Do your research and get someone who really wants to work and have your back.....not this agency. We learned the hard way.
