Rating much less than 1. I took my property away from Anchor/Melissa Boitnott in early August 2020, after repeated lag times in depositing the tenant's rent into my account. At the time I transferred the property out of her care, she said she'd give the tenant's security deposit to me as soon as she 'closed the books'. That was more than two months ago. ERA Anchor Properties does not even deserve a rating of 1 star. They are totally unreliable in paying you for your rent on time. They say they will make payments and then they don't. They always have an excuse, but the excuses don't even make sense and they don't even keep track of their own lies so they use them over and over again to the point where they have zero credibility. If I could give them lower than one star I would. ERA owes me thousands of dollars. Melissa is unresponsive, and has an excuse for everything. She managed a property for me until I was forced to sell because of her mismanagement. She charged me for services not performed, she has withheld security deposits on a property which she no longer manages. She also sent checks over a three month period that bounced.
