Bottom line: ERA and Fallene Wiley fail to hold landlords accountable. My wife and I moved over 900 miles to Florida in March. Since moving into an ERA-managed property we have been extremely disappointed—dealing with uncleanliness, NO A/C, and now MOLD. Difficult to contact a human regarding rentals. All automated. I had to speak to a different department and get transferred more than once to speak to a human in rentals. To secure a tour of a rental home, they ask you to provide a credit card to verify your identity on a Non-secured link. Would not rent from this company. Very poor experience!
We lived in an ERA managed property for 3 years while stationed in Florida. Vickie and Fallene are awesome property managers and were always very professional! They were also very responsive to any maintenance issues and made sure to get them resolved within a couple of days. If given the opportunity in the future, I would use this company as a property manager for my house.
