Difficult to contact a human regarding rentals. All automated. I had to speak to a different department and get transferred more than once to speak to a human in rentals. To secure a tour of a rental home, they ask you to provide a credit card to verify your identity on a Non-secured link. Would not rent from this company. Very poor experience!
We lived in an ERA managed property for 3 years while stationed in Florida. Vickie and Fallene are awesome property managers and were always very professional! They were also very responsive to any maintenance issues and made sure to get them resolved within a couple of days. If given the opportunity in the future, I would use this company as a property manager for my house.
We have been tenants for over 2 years with ERA and we loved the home that we rented so much that we just purchased it! Vickie and Fallene have been absolute pleasures to work with. They were always available to answer any questions that we had and any repairs or issues were promptly taken care of. Best experience renting that we have ever had!
