I had a terrible rental experience with ERA. The home they rented us was unsanitary and they did not do their due diligence to fix it. We signed the lease in a hurry and once we signed it and viewed the home, we discovered the home was infested with cockroaches. Roaches in the fridge, dishwasher, and every part of the house. We had to keep food in Tupperware, sleep with earplugs, and live with the bugs for several months. I've had so many problems with this agency from the first day I moved in. It is now nearly a year later and my upstairs bedroom window still leaks and has caused significant carpet damage and the wall is starting to warp. They came and took pictures and never came back again. I would call several times and they would send me straight to voicemail and id never hear from them again. I have used ERA several times - three times as a buyer and twice as a seller. On every occasion, Linde Bowman was my Realtor. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. When selling, I got a full package of information and a lot of guidance on setting my selling price. The first house I sold with Linde sold in a week and the second in 2 days. ERA American Realty is a great company to rent from. Any issues that I have had with my rental property have been addressed promptly. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Another plus is that most of the paperwork is done online. This is really convenient if you are relocating from out of state. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new home!

I have rented from ERA on two different occasions and have found them to be very professional and pleasant to work with. One of my co-workers has rented from them as well and couldn't say enough nice things about them. If you need a place, these are the guys to use.

I rented with this company and they are horrible, they refused to fix problems with the house such as leaks. Get a good Inspection and take lots of pictures before and after you move in. They will charge the tenants for bogus problems. Also watch out for the, "carpet cleaning" fee specially if the house does not have carpet. I know other tenants that use the same company and had similar issues. Home owners beware they never did quarterly inspection or step foot in the house until it was time for the house to be rented again.

awful place for you to be a tenant, make sure to be there for a move out inspection, they will take your money for inexistent charges and they will refuse to explaining why you occurred those charges, when call always go to voice mail and they never return phone call, they share your info with third party without your permission really rude and awful customer service.
