Be careful renting from here unless you want to throw away application money. Don’t bother telling them your situation, they will still have you apply and pay application fees then deny you for the reason stated before paying to apply. I would put 0 stars if I could, as would everyone else I’ve talked to about this place.
ERA has been managing my rental property for a couple of years now. While they have been mostly professional, there have been a few issues as well. Their system is needlessly complicated and they do a poor job of conveying important information. For example, they have two different systems - an owner's portal and property meld - so every time something at the property needs fixing, I get 3-4 different emails. During that time if we ran into any issue which required their's or the landlord's attention; they took care of the issue in a timely and professional manner without question.
