Just had the most positive experience selling a house, thanks to Debbie Lewis and her assistant Janet. I don’t know how anyone could sell a home without a professional realtor. The paperwork and real estate laws are overwhelming. Thanks to Team Lewis ,we didn’t have to worry about anything.

I’ve been using ERA to manage my property since fall of 2021. Generally few problems. However, as the house has started to need maintenance, I’ve been incredibly disappointed with their ability to maintain the home. On 1 January, my tenants submitted a work request due to a plumbing issue with the hot water heater and stated that the kitchen and laundry room were flooded. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience. We were getting married and getting our first place together and the experience was just so disheartening. We were lied to, ghosted, and they took our money unwarranted all at the last minute. It was so sad. Thankfully God had a better place lined up but think twice because I do not want anyone to go through what we did
