Worst experience ever in selling land. The agent didn’t listen to my instructions, she kept bringing developers which I rejected! That was the number one main issue-No Developers. I found my own buyer and the agent had the nerve to actually yell at me and ask if I wanted her to just back out of the deal!! Stay away Amanda is a lier, she wont work for you. she also deals with the worst builder in the area Billy Boggus contractor do not deal with either ones. Now she will tell you everything you want to hear.
Terrible woman, Lies, works for builder not you, does not care, and the Fake Southern Charm LMAO. Builder Billy Boggus do not buy homes from them, wont give you any warrenty will tell you wright things down thats it you get nothing. She knows this is how builder works but does not care. I had the worse experience using ADAM at ERA young real estate agent. i would never use the ERA Young Real Service again. Adam was not a pleasant person to deal with he donot trust Adam because he will do things behind your back that should not be done. I also asked to speak with his manager Brian and would not give me his number to complain about Adam work ethic.

This is to correct a bad review that I wrote on March 27th. That issue had nothing to do with the business ERA Doty Real Estate. It was a personal issue and has been corrected. Thank you.
Very frustrating doing business with this business. They expect me to wire them $3,500 to them for ernest money. My real estate agent gave me a picture of one of their blank checks that has the account number and routing number and contact information. But my bank said that they can't just take a snapshot of a check, that it has to be directly from the institution with letterhead and the routing and account number and "instructions" on how to send it. Our realtor, Jessica Coolbaugh was amazing. She knew what we were looking for and found it! She moved heaven and earth to get us closed and moved in an unimaginable time frame. She made us aware of happenings in our new area. Made sure we knew of all utility places and business's, checked on us afterwards. If a question came up about anything, she knew or found the answer! Call her, you won't be sorry!
