Came for what I thought was a broken leg. The experience was rude, the pain meds given were inadequate and felt begrudgingly given, and the wait was no better than a typical ER. First thought on leaving? “I should go to a hospital to see if I’m ok.” Never been so profoundly unconfident in medical care; I would only recommend this place (or any other HCA facility, really) if no others are available.
If you're expecting anything for pain relief besides prescribed ibuprofen dont bother even if you have crazy swelling and the pain is a 9/10. Meanwhile my dentist gives me oxycodone for a mild tooth ache😂 should have just waited for walmart to open, grab a bottle and save myself $100

HCA ER... Do not go here expecting an urgent care as it has been missed categorized in Google maps. If you're looking for an urgent care and come here you will be billed as going to an ER in a full hospital.
I have worked in healthcare over 40 years. Recently my daughter went to this clinic as it was the only clinic open late night. She used a temporal thermometer w home readings of 103.4 and 104.2 F. I instructed her to go to an ER or quick care. She experienced mild sore throat, fever, chills. She went into this clinic which was mostly empty. The nurse was dismissive throughout. The nurse said my daughters temp was normal. My daughter brought her temporal thermometer w her and the nurse used it getting a reading of 100.8 F. Th... read more
