Made a reservation for 13 people. Very fair price and the reviews were good. I went for it. Called two days before to make a change to the pick up time. Pick up time comes. No word from our driver. I called and no answer on the phone with voice mail box full so I can’t leave a message on two different numbers. 15 minutes passed with no word from our driver and no way to contact after several attempts, we improvise and get a few Ubers. Such a wonderful service! We called on Friday to arrange last minute transportation for the next day, for 7 people going from Palm Beach to Miami and back again. I asked if they could do it and Ray said 110%. The driver was 15 minutes early and was extremely pleasant. We had a great experience and would recommend E&R transportation to anyone. Will definitely use again!

Nice, Clean, and excellent rider service. Special thanks to one of the staff for making my first experience a great one. I think he goes by Potus, or something like that. Hope his bosses appreciate the excellent customer service he provides.
