I had Sophie Anderson for a deep tissue massage today and it was my first ever visit, She expressed good knowledge and gave me a few things to try like foam rolling and applying pressure to the tightest points in my calves to help regularly maintain them. The massage itself was great. She managed to apply plenty pressure to help ease and reduce the pain. Ensuring to ask if it okay and not too unpleasant. Great physio, Will be back for a repeat Appt in future. Thanks again 🙂
Over the last few months Ewan has worked wonders with the severe neck and shoulder pain I was experiencing and which was affecting all aspects of my life. He has taken me through a serious of exercises that has resulted in me regaining ease of movement and the pain disappearing. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for physiotherapy.
From struggling with pain when walking to being able to get back to running - thank you Connor. A rehab programme that has made sure I heal properly and many tips provided to prevent future injuries. Clinic is lovely, clean and fresh and the team is always welcoming. Would highly recommend.
Having been diagnosed with a rectus femoris tear earlier this year, I have been treated by Connor Hamilton at ER Physiotherapy. Connor’s relaxed rapport, knowledge and understanding has made my recovery journey a pleasure. Glad to say that i’m now full recovered and back to training 3 times a week. Into Er Physiotherapy in Aberdeen and the location is in the city centre with parking at the rear. The rooms are fresh and bright with great gym on the ground floor. The staff are very professional and helpful and explained he symptoms useing the pictures on the wall which is really helpful. Would recommend using their service.
