Eric, from E&R Overhead Doors came to our house and diagnosed a failing 14 year old garage door opener. So we gave up on that one, rather than repairing it, and he gave the exact link to a newer model of a Chamberlain garage door, that he recommended, in the right horse power, etc. All I had to do was order and pick it up, so I had all the warranty and receipts in our name. Then he came the next day, and took down the old one and installed the new one x 2…I decided both garage door openers had probably lived their long life.... read more
