I came to this ER after being sent home early from work because I was vomiting nonstop and in intense pain. Even after I got home, the vomiting didn’t stop. I was weak, miserable, and scared. Dr. Delk was amazing and very caring!
10/10! They got me in an out! DR.Delk was my Doctor, he has a great bedside manner ! My Nurse Natalie was a great Help! Also The Registrar is super sweet! I love this place so much. Highly recommend
Literally the best experience I have ever had at any emergency room/urgent care. They treated me above and beyond my expectations and were so kind to me. I cannot express how much I appreciate the workers there and will 100% be returning if I ever have another medical emergency.
So I actually should have made this review 2 years ago — late October. Y’all, I nearly DIED because of this ER. I’m guessing unless you’re a millionaire’s little princess or prince, they really don’t give a crap who you are. I had a peanut allergy attack from an SMU event prior. I couldn’t access my Benadryl and the 7/11 next door didn’t have any. So, I rushed into the ER — barely breathing— thinking I could get help (the office was empty mind you).
