This was absolutely the WORST experience I could have imagined. My daughter, who is 3, struggles with eczema and had a severe flare up and possible skin infection following a trip to the beach. She has a pediatrician appointment scheduled for Monday, but she started to seem to not feel well so I took her in as a precaution. My husband and I recently had what should have been treated as a medical emergency, and the care we received at this ER clinic was the most disappointing healthcare experience of our lives. On our way to the gym, my husband suddenly developed intensely itchy palms and feet, became extremely hot, and complained that his tongue was tingling. I pulled the car over so he could get out and throw up. As soon as he opened the door, he lost consciousness, fell face-first onto the pavement, and severely scraped his face. I went in on 5/23/26, I have been there on 2 other occasions and received excellent care, the staff took great care of me. I went in with my migraines. On the 23rd when I went in the young man at the check-in desk recognized me, greated me by name and checked me in. When I was brought back to a room, things went downhill. I Went to the ER of Little Elm on Saturday morning. I was grated by Big Mike in in front desk. He was very nice. Dr. Cottrell nurse Ly and RAD Tech Emily all were in my room in less than a minuet I was bearly going to sit down. Immediately my vitals were done I was taken to radiology for an x-ray after that I was given a my treatments. I was well taken care of and i was not there for a long time. Awesome ER
