This is the Best ER service was Excellent across the board from start to finish I was in/out under a hour.Thanks to the Staff Big Mike who took care of me with all my questions. Nurse Chaun you are kind and sweet made me feel comfortable with your care . Doctor Megan Pearce is amazing she share some knowledge with me on how to move forward I appreciate the whole time .
They do not take Medicare or Aetna. Know before you go. They are cherry picking the health care system and not providing for our community. Also an uncaring attitude could not care less about us when we came in. I do not recommend this ER. Very happy with Baylor Scott and White PGA in Frisco, highly recommend you go there instead.
We waited 25 minutes due to system issues, then they were having problems running insurance, even though they accepted our insurance. Had to leave to nearest hospital ER, Very inconvenient.
The staff was nice. I only had to wait 40 minutes to see the Dr. She was thorough and very kind.
Had a great experience here - the staff is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with their job. Highly recommend!
