Not really an ER, more like an urgent care. I think it is dangerous to label an ER if it is not. Not busy but also not attentive. No one in lobby waiting,,, just me. I ran in and collapsed while my husband parked. Intake lady did nothing til he came. They didn't tell me where the bathroom or vomit catch was despite my symptoms. Luckily, my husband brought a HUGE bowl. I think my 3rd time of throwing up EVERYTHING was because of the smell of the bowl. I was afraid to leave it until we had another catch of some kind. Extremely rude staff.
The kindness and actual thoughtfulness of the staff was a breath of fresh air. So use to doctors being rude and acting so put out. Highly recommend!!
The billing department never answers the phone.
I have been twice for myself and both times felt the services were thorough and quick to see me.
