Extremely rude staff.
The kindness and actual thoughtfulness of the staff was a breath of fresh air. So use to doctors being rude and acting so put out. Highly recommend!!
The billing department never answers the phone.
I have been twice for myself and both times felt the services were thorough and quick to see me.
I went here on October 1st, 2024 with an appointment at 12:30am. I was going because I had been throwing up blood once or twice an hour. The first issue is there was literally NO ONE at the front desk. We had to wait like 10 minutes just for someone to get there. We finally signed in, and it took even longer for my nurse (or whatever the correct term is) to call me in. She might have been busy, I don’t know, but I saw her walk by multiple times with prolonged eye contact. Second problem, this nurse was awful to me when I fin... read more
