I'm taking the time to review DKI as I feel it's important to point out our communities most deceitful and immoral. I can't speak for the quality of work as they never did anything for us but waste our time. I had a leak in my apartment and initially I thought it was the roof leaking as it had happened previously. Jason showed up with no tools as the '24 hour emergency contractor' being the "eyes and ears for the insurance". He recorded the damage and left. Thoroughly impressed with DKI! Alicia was very courteous and thorough with her assessment and replied to emails in a timely fashion. They have very skilled trades people who are polite, and efficient. We met Cody, Joseph, Mike, Clay and Max. Melissa the office manager is very pleasant and professional. We appreciated the efforts of all and how Jason helped with the coordination of the gutting and rebuilding of the affected room in our house.

They were supposed to remove all water, damaged material and manage mould in our case. It was critical having a child with special needs and no immune. they left swollen door, jams, and baseboards, still installed all full of mould Really not impressed and ended up shooting out some material that they were not supposed to out of my home. I would not suggest them to anybody.
