I put a $20 in and paid for a $16 car wash and i never got any change because the machine said it was out -not impressed

We usually always go to this car wash. We have always been happy with the results. Today we went and the prices have went up, there was no under carriage wash when you drive in and it didn't get the vehicle clean. We were not impressed with the end results and will not be going back again.
