They all were respectful, understanding and kind. I had a very good experience at the ER at Spanish Springs. I certainly will recommend them to seek treatment at Spanish Springs ER.
Had to wait 45 minutes to get lab work done.
Took too long to have blood drawn....not the person taking the blood, but doing the paperwork.
Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and explained each step of treatment. Dr. Truax fully explained the issues and risks and use of the prescribed medications.
We went in around midnight. Not another patient was in the waiting room. Doctor was very nice. Nurse Amy terrible. Gretchen was moderately better. We were there for what turned out to be appendicitis. Amy took blood and tossed the vials on the tray, kicked the stool under the counter. It was quite clear we were an inconvenience to their slow night
