If you want to be laughed at my the ER doctor and treated horribly go to this location. Obviously if I am being sent to the Mayo Clinic it’s for a reason but I had 5 seizures and didn’t want to wait a month to get checked out before I head out to AZ as I’ve been in the worst pain ever. This experience was a great reminder of why people say Vegas hospitals are the worst and some Doctors give the entire Vegas medical network a bad name. Visited South Summerlin ER feeling awful. Dr. Bicer, Nurses Bre and Bridgette were kind, attentive, and professional. I was in and out quickly, and the experience was much less stressful than expected. I would definitely return if needed!
I had pain in my left lower leg and they called in an ultrasound technician to scan it . Had to wait a little while for her to arrive, but everything was really professional and there were no other patients waiting , so I was able to get answers within an hour and the staff was really nice as well. Being from Seattle , this was refreshing, as our ER ‘s are soooo busy ! We will keep them as our Go To if any emergency arises on our future visits…☺️
