I would give them a ZERO. We just had our tennis courts resurfaced. EQUUS sent out a notice that everything was done and the courts would be open on 10/14. So, we showed up on the 14th and were immediately thrown off the courts by a Board member who said that EQUUS was mistaken. The courts weren’t ready. Bad enough? I think not! this is the WORST HOA management team I have ever seen. They manage our community HOA in a communistic manner. I cannot believe our HOA hired this incompetent group to "tell us" what to do. If your looking for a management group don't use this business unless you like communism. they have disrupted our once happy community here in Sierra Canyon.
