Company has no integrity, liars and thiefs. **************** is terrible and treat tenants very poorly charging them more and more and more for nothing. I would never ever lease a property managed by this company again.

We do not manage any properties in *******. Equus Management Group is based in ****** and is not affiliated with the management of any rental properties.
I would give them a ZERO. We just had our tennis courts resurfaced. EQUUS sent out a notice that everything was done and the courts would be open on 10/14. So, we showed up on the 14th and were immediately thrown off the courts by a Board member who said that EQUUS was mistaken. The courts weren’t ready. Bad enough? I think not! this is the WORST HOA management team I have ever seen. They manage our community HOA in a communistic manner. I cannot believe our HOA hired this incompetent group to "tell us" what to do. If your looking for a management group don't use this business unless you like communism. they have disrupted our once happy community here in Sierra Canyon. Too bad I cant give zero stars. One star is two too many. Office staff is hostile, rude, and mocks other neighborhoods (**********).They are getting paid with my money to be very disrespectful to me.
Terrible business practices and customer service that is even worse. I would never recommend this company. They are rude and incompetent and pass their mistakes along to the customer in the form of fees.
cannot get anyone to return my calls. my husband has been in dialysis and just almost lost his life due to a raging infection due to dialysis port....uncaring, non compassionate, corporation...not family feel at all. now we have to go to a hearing because a part of our grass had a chemical burn... but no one at Equus gives a hoot.
Awesome first "real" month and appreciate the perseverance throughout June and July. Hats off to Debra, Rick, Matt, Jeff and Wendy.
