Equus manages my HOA. They sometimes take several weeks to respond IF they respond and do not follow through. We have expressed some serious safety concerns to them and nothing is done about it.
Horrible association. They pick on certain people, and play favorites to others. I have a few firewood logs from my camping trip this summer next to my fence street side, and i'm getting fined, but my trashy neighbors have had junk next to their side of the house since I moved in ten years ago they have never cleaned it up or moved it. I really enjoy working partnering with Equus, all of the property managers and staff I interact with here are great, I mostly deal with Holly and she is such a pleasure for me to work with.
Equus management handles our HOA. Their website is very poorly laid out if you have to find information. It appears reaaly old anf the software needs updating badly.
