Okay so my deposit was 1495 I cleaned this whole unit never used the backyard at all because it was a hill the place was never I was over charged so much and still paid I have a video recording of the unit and for these people to say I owe 1700 for painting when nothing was wrong with the walls 300$ for blinds plus more other charges is ridiculous and also charging me for a roof who. Overall, our experience with EquityTeam was not the most enjoyable. This is primarily due to the property and not the property management. That being said, there was one bright spot to our time being tenants, Claudia with EquityTeam. Claudia was always reachable, kind, caring, and thorough with her explanations/help. The WORST management company, EVER. They can't keep track of basic communication or requests and let their automated menu run free and bombard people with harassing emails, that aren't even valid. Mark Thompson and John Walko have zero intention of listening to you and managing like you're hoping. They can't keep track of basic facts.
