Very disappointing experience. Every time an issue came up, the answer was more money and higher costs. The estimates and numbers kept changing, and I never felt I was getting a clear picture of what was actually needed. I hired a property management company expecting experience, guidance, and creative solutions. Instead, I felt like every conversation led to another expense. It seemed more focused on making money than helping property owners manage their investments effectively.
