Lease documents are difficult to understand and require several thorough readings. Otherwise, everything went smoothly on a residential lease renewal for 2025.
Working with the EquityTeam has been great, we were able to look at our home and be under contract fairly quickly, most of which was done over dinner on our phone. The process was easy and we were able to get moved in very smoothly. Definitely a nice seamless process, definitely one of the better renting experiences I've had.

Charity has been my portfolio manager. She responds quickly, is always extremely professional, and can come up with several solutions to any problem that may arise. She is a pleasure to work with.
