i actually hate this place so much. do not rent from these people EVER. there is something wrong with our apartment almost every week. AND to add onto this. at 1am our ac decided to stop working. we called the emergency maintenance and no one was answering. i have a baby and it was 80 degrees in the apartment. very easy for my baby to over heat at that point. THEN they finally scheduled a time for the next day between 1-4. They put this as a ‘medium’ priority…
Attempted to schedule 2 tours through this company. They use self guided tours through a 3rd party which clearly does not work. The first time I drove to the apartment during my tour time that was confirmed by multiple emails, and the app simply would not generate a code for me to enter. They “manually rescheduled my tour for the next Saturday at noon” which ended up giving me a confirmation email Friday at 9pm that my tour was for **1AM THAT NIGHT**. As a property manager, my experience was terrible. We approached the equityteam letting them know we were choosing a provider based on their ability to get us onboarded and listed FAST. While that was done in our sales experience, once a customer we got the opposite. A month+ of the unit sitting there due to their one and only onboarding person being OOO. I’ve had two properties in the Dayton area that were managed by Equity Team. They were a pleasure to work with. Charity Vann did a great job of managing the properties and was always helpful even when there were tenant issues that needed addressing. I have had the worst experience! No one ever answers the phone, requests are never completed. Overall super frustrating experience especially given I’ve only been at my place a month
