Any one who doubts the bad reviews , go look at all of the 1 star reviews and see how they respond to these reviews. One if the most unreliable companies I've ever had to work with. The second the contract was signed, its like they have stopped caring. They have a policy that says you dont pay anything if they dont find you a renter in X amount of days, however that is not accurate. Communi ation was an all time low. And it seemed like they took very early days and every single weekend off. Which is fine if your client isnt at 40 days with no renter. They will also do ANYTHING OTHER THAN WORK. I am a former tenant attempting to resolve a final balance with EquityTeam. While they sent an email stating I owed a balance, they did not provide any invoice number, payment link, mailing address, or payment instructions in that email or afterward, despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls from me requesting how to pay. Because of this lack of clear payment instructions, I was unable to resolve the balance before the account was sent to collections, which I only discovered when I checked my credit report.
