Just wanted to say thanks again to Claudia Najera at home equity, shes a amazing person who cares about other people, she's very helpful, listens and understands, she goes above and beyond the sky for tenants and customers you won't find a better person than Claudia Najera, she exceeded my expectations, take care Claudia.
I’m a newer RE investor in the Cincinnati area and I definitely recommend Equity Team for property management. Shoutout to the whole team and Claudia for keeping me informed and comfortable throughout every aspect of owning rentals!
Edit: equity team, please read thoroughly through my review before responding to it to ensure that you fully understand why I am writing this review. equity team cut communication between us and the landlord, involving themselves into this matter. You ignored 14 phone calls during business hours. The photos are from when the landlord stepped through the ceiling, and the trash pile existed for 3 months and was only removed after the building inspector visited. The videos were from Monday. Edit to respond: the owner isn’t doing repairs, he is doing RENOVATIONS to the unit he plans on occupying above us. The work that has disturbed us and made us worry about our safety has NOT benefitted the tenants on the property, just the owner. We didn’t “spitefully contact the city” over cracks, we reached out to the city as we were fearing for our safety and our apartment reached temperatures of up to 86 degrees in the summer. Leasing with Equity Team was great! Melanie was always helpful and responded very quickly. She walked me through everything with wonderful care and customer service! Their maintenance team also was quick to respond and take care of anything needing to be addressed.
