Ignored me once they took my application fee and lied about credit acceptance. Listen to the reviews. They don't care about what you make. They will probably bash me, like I see them doing others in the reviews. That's fine. Be careful. Most of these places just want to collect application fees.
As a first-time rental property owner, I’ve been through quite a bit. My property was illegally possessed, and the individual stole nearly everything—including the water heater, stove, microwave, and more. It was a pretty crazy situation overall. I had a great, fast, experience with Rebeca Rodriguez. She was very nice and respond so fast and also made sure she met our needs. If it was more stars I would have gave her more. Thank you EquityTeam, and Rebeca appreciate the help and the nice beautiful home.
This company is a scam!!!! They increase your rent without you signing to agree to the new rent amount. Mind you they have increased the rent so far 3 times within 12 months. They are very unprofessional and very unpleasant!! Every since they took over ownership of the property we are renting there has been problems each month!! If you see this company RUN FAST!!!
