If your looking to get scammed these are the people. !!!Found my house listed by nick Hazadi on Facebook and other sights for ten grand more then there offer before they even bought the house from me. Then when it wouldn’t sell before closing they back out the deal. So what they do is they lure you in by putting “earnest money deposit down but with some kind contingency they can control. In my case it was hoa approval .. sounds reasonable.. but what they do if they don’t want to buy they just avoid the hoa approval process .... read more

Truly a disgraceful business. They told me they were buying my home but were trying to sell it. IF YOU SEE YOUR CONTRACT WITH AN ASSIGNABLE CLAUSE. "DO NOT DO IT"!! There lowlife scammers. Knowledge is power.
