Awful experience with this company. Had an appraisal cancelled yet the appraiser did not adhere to and did work anyway. After making numerous, and I mean numerous, calls and follow-ups with the needed proof submitted, no one will return my calls or issue a refund. This is the epitome of poor customer service and unethical business practices. Consumers should be refunded monies that do not rightfully belong to the company. Huge disappointed and loss of my time and money attempting to work with EVP.

Drew is a fantastic person and all the people that work here are really cool and awesome. I love this company and the way they operate. Their work is of high quality and their attention to detail with customers is really remarkable.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but since I had to pay for an appraisal that was a complete waste, I have decided to do so. I have a home in midtown mobile, where the housing market has been on fire (it has been everywhere honestly). My house was appraised by this company almost 3 times less than what it should have been and I know 4 times less than what I can sell for today. The comps were ridiculous!
