Speaking as an appraiser, EVP is one of the better AMC's to work with. Clear communication & I don't have to chase them down for unpaid invoices. The revisions aren't excessive either, unlike alot of other AMC's I deal with.

I am very disappointed with the appraisal company and their lack of knowledge and effort. The have no knowledge of the properties they are appraising, flood zones, adequate comparisons, and are very slow. I would no recommend them whatsoever.

Awful experience with this company. Had an appraisal cancelled yet the appraiser did not adhere to and did work anyway. After making numerous, and I mean numerous, calls and follow-ups with the needed proof submitted, no one will return my calls or issue a refund. This is the epitome of poor customer service and unethical business practices. Consumers should be refunded monies that do not rightfully belong to the company. Huge disappointed and loss of my time and money attempting to work with EVP.

Drew is a fantastic person and all the people that work here are really cool and awesome. I love this company and the way they operate. Their work is of high quality and their attention to detail with customers is really remarkable.
