Steer Clear! – It is my opinion that Theresa Lobdell is concerned more with making her commission than she is with helping her 'client'. She misrepresents facts and is very manipulative of the whole process. Her much touted "ethical standards" are not at all what she lives up to in reality. I am filing a complaint against her with the Real Estate Commission: yep, that bad.
Adam Grossman exteamly unprofessional – I got in contact with Adam online and not only was he extreamly unprofessional and very stuck up and full of himself. He made me uncomfortable and made me feel that everything I said was wrong or just flat out stupid. I would never recommend anyone to use him for buying or selling a house. He will pretty much sell you any house on the market even if its not worth your money just so he can make a buck. If you are concidering using him I would please strongly re think your decision.
Adam Grossman ruined me – I found Adam Grossman with Equity Savers Realty online. I used him to buy a home in Raleigh since I was moving to Raleigh from Virginia. First of all he has virtually no knowledge of construction, and he brings with him an entire entourage of incompetents. I had a home inspection with RMG Inspections and I was not notified of the inspection until it was over. The inspector, Richard M. Gower, passed my home which I still cannot understand.
