Travis and Jessie were very professional and understanding with my concerns and fixed it right away
I recently had a new shingle roof installed on my home by Equity. I am completely satisfied with the work. All of their team members that I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional. Thet worked efficiently and cleanup was impeccable. I would hire them again if needed.
Good work ethic
They were great about providing us with any information we needed and were not pushy at all with the sale. The actual team that replaced our roof was very coordinated and worked quickly and were extremely respectful of our property.
I love my new roof! It's absolutely beautiful and everyone did a fantastic job! They also installed fascia, soffit, and new gutters, in just 2 days. It all turned out better than I imagined! There were a few snafus during the process but Jessie and his crew addressed them promptly and efficiently. Jon was our estimator and I was very impressed by him as well.
