I had to reschedule the assessment twice and they were very patient and when we had our appointment actually showed up on time. This can't be said of the 4 other roofing contractors we tried to do an assessment over the recent years. Assessment was done taking time, explaining everything and with drone footage. I highly recommend this company for roofing needs. They did a very thorough analysis of my needs, showing me about 20 pictures of my roof and explaining everything they saw. They were extremely polite and communicated frequently with me. When I had questions, they got back to me quickly with thorough answers. They got the job done when promised, even though they faced a challenge from the job before mine.
