After over a year of unnecessary cosmetic construction in the lobby of 303 e 83rd Street, NY NY, which resulted in zero security for the building and tenants have to go in the service entrance by the dumpsters for the duration, instead of responding to tenant complaints the building raised everyone's rent hundreds of dollars and told them to hit the road if they didn't like it.
