I’m moving out. They sent me a letter 10 days ago with the total owed, told me to ignore what’s in their payment portal and pay the amount in the letter. I do. 10 days later, on a Friday afternoon, they send an email telling me I owe over $500 more now because they “just realized they made a mistake” and oh, I have until midnight that day to pay up, or they plan to charge a late fee. This company is garbage.
