Remi and Ali are a winning team. They responded to my request promptly and professionally.
I’m moving out. They sent me a letter 10 days ago with the total owed, told me to ignore what’s in their payment portal and pay the amount in the letter. I do. 10 days later, on a Friday afternoon, they send an email telling me I owe over $500 more now because they “just realized they made a mistake” and oh, I have until midnight that day to pay up, or they plan to charge a late fee. This company is garbage.
Just moved in so this might change: Customer service is sub-par. You can probably find more on yelp or whatever websites. 2nd floor has ants and other insects. Has not been dealt with yet. Response time for service is pretty bad. Occasionally some employees would do a pretty good job but overall not impressed. Bike Storage is over-capacity and has not been dealt with nor responded to Its funny they just pushed out a mobile app for android and apple store.
