Routinely post deceptive listings of their properties. Photos that are not of the actual apartment listed, and lies about square footage. Won't live in any of their places if they lie that blatantly from the start.
The Brooklyner is a faux “luxury” building where the amenities are almost never all open and the radiators leak putrid mold. I am currently suing them for constructive eviction. They ignored the summons that was sent to them by the State of New York and even tried to hire a debt collector to come after me. The debt collector had one conversation with my lawyer, apologized, and returned the debt to Brooklyner, telling them to respond to the lawsuit against them. It’s been a week and still no response. Bliss - Absolute Bliss. I live in one of their properties in the UWS and they are making improvements on the property constantly from better tvs in the gym , adding a yoga room, etc. I love the doormen, the building, the servicemen, my neighbors - truly a unicorn find in a city like NYC. On the rare occasion I have had any issue with something the staff at my building fix it literally same day and follow up.
