We’ve been a member of Equity Residences for three years and have enjoyed countless, fantastic vacations at their beautiful properties. Their properties can always comfortably accommodate large families and are in safe, lovely locations. A few of our favorite properties are Ambergris Caye, Belize, Rosemary Beach, FL, Guanacaste Bay, Costa Rica, and St John. The Equity Residences team is responsive and great to work with. We can’t say enough good things about Equity Residences and their properties!

We rented an apartment in Italy (in early January, 2020 prior to COVID 19) from Equity Residences for mid September, 2020 to celebrate a family members birthday. We signed a rental agreement agreeing to their 6 month cancellation policy (only get 1/2 money back if cancelling after 6 months prior to reservation date). Then COVID hits in mid/late February.
