Had a wonderful Experience with Equity Residence, Rented the Beach Garden Villa in St John and every detail was thought of, from the House manager meeting us at the ferry to the softest towels I have ever used. The view from the 2nd story pool deck was simply mesmerizing and almost impossible to leave. Cannot wait to try some of their other properties or just go back to the beautiful St John. Our family invested in Equity Residences about 3 years ago and we've had the most incredible experience! All of the properties are gorgeous. We've been able to host our family and friends multiple times. The local host makes everything easy. The Equity Residences team keeps everything going top notch and is very communicative. We thought about buying one vacation home, but joining this program has allowed us to travel all over - some places we never thought we'd go are now our favorite places to go!

This company is extremely dishonest and predatory when it comes to money. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with them to reconsider. I booked a luxury villa through VRBO for over $14,000. My credit card's security system flagged the payment and placed it on hold. I immediately contacted my card company and requested that the payment be reprocessed to Equity Residences, but due to delays on VISA's end, it took time for the funds to reach them.
