Absolutely horrible experience, surprised to see my own property manager gave a five star review a couple of weeks ago. Don’t trust their inflated rating. If you want someone who acknowledges and responds to your concerns, let alone actually addresses them, avoid. Don’t bother with the app, be more annoying and call to get anything done, and get the direct number to whoever they send for Maintenence asap so that you can provide them all the information they need to fix your request.
