They make sure your unit is ready on time! I haven't had a problem with them. Great people.
They are the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. They have rude staff, they do not respond to emails or calls, and they regularly break the laws regarding the HUD and Fair Housing for ESA owners.
If I could give a zero start I would! This is the worst HOA management company for Fox Run condominiums!!! As a owner of a unit in this property, I wish we could switch to another management company for our HOA services, since they charge us $198 monthly for the worst terrible service! My building has foundation issues what cause cracking on the exterior builsing walls, every time it rains my unit gets wet! I have inform about this issue since I bought my apartment and they have not sent the maintenance team to check on it! ... read more
If I could give Equity Realestate in College Station zero or even negative stars I would. Our duplex recently sold and we are no longer under Equity management, thank god. Since the shift, we have been informed that the sewage system is years out of code. We'd spoken to Equity about issues we'd noticed with it previously and Equity told us not to worry about it.
