I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with this company. I scheduled a tour for a duplex with Jack Clements for Monday at 5:00 PM. When I arrived, he told me he had accidentally overbooked and asked to reschedule for the next day. I was understanding and agreed, and we confirmed a new time, 5:15 PM on Tuesday, over the phone. They tracked me down and made sure I got my deposit back! Gabby was great in making sure everything went smoothly
Do not rent here! Maintenance does not respond. Deducted excessive amount out of security deposit for issues from the previous tenant. Got billed for things specifically noted on the move in check list that were reported to maintenance which never got resolved in a year.
