Jack went above and beyond to show us the house we want to rent. We were in town for only a couple days and he made an appointment the same day I asked, called maintenance over when we couldn’t get in, and made sure to answer any and all questions. He was so kind the whole time and pushed back his whole schedule to accommodate us.
If we could give Equity Real Estate more than 5 stars, my wife and I absolutely would! Over our two years renting in College Station, they set the gold standard for property management. Every service request was met with incredibly prompt support, and their routine maintenance kept our front and back yards looking pristine. Run and stay away from these people. Zero communication, zero professionals on staff, I've been lied too several times, My wife was 8 months pregnant at the time. On our lease agreement it says if they are not going to renew the lease they are supposed to provide a 90 day (written) notice. Our lease was up 7-15-26 we were never notified in any fashion. I love my new duplex very clean, staff is awesome, very nice.
Great experience overall for the 6 years leasing with Equity. From first singn with them to resolving day to day issues with the unit fast and respectful. I would like to thank Gaby, Val, Karen & Giana. For helping me by walking through step by step of the requirements to turn in my unit so I can get my deposit back.
