They tried to charge me a fee and I’m not even one of their residents!! However, one of theirs has been keying my car and they’re not stepping up!! It’s getting to the point where I might need to start looking into legal action for the vandalism of my property. There was a comment that said they won’t help unless they’re getting money and I agree 100% bc they tried to lie and pull that with me.
Equity, they care ,to them ur just more than tenent , they treat you like family , Even in a inconvenience situation , they go threw it with u , they care
They will give you fees for anything/everything they can. Bad business tactics and don’t prioritize residents
Amazing company and get the jobs done very efficiently. Been living here 6 years and never had a problem they couldn’t handle.
