Wish I would have read the reviews before I signed a lease. These people will not talk to you. Everything is done over email. When you call you have to leave a voice mail. They don’t call you back. After leaving multiple voicemails they will email you because they don’t do anything over the phone. I guess when you do shady business you have to constantly cover your butt. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Not military friendly. Rude even when responding for things beyond your control. We had several incidents of plumbing damage due to faulty construction and they were hostile toward us and very slow to respond. Ask us to shut off the water for days until they can get a plumber. It took more than a week for them to send a plumber. We lost personal property due to water damage that we would have to take them to court to get back. BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! These people are nothing but trouble!! And they have no conscious whatsoever!! Once you sign a lease you will NEVER see them again. They have no physical address. When you call the number you only get an “operator“ who will send you to a nondescript voicemail where you will leave a message to never, and I mean NEVER, receive a call back.
