It seemed to me and my wife that Sandeep Sood represented himself as an agent for Equity so I felt comfortable to put a “deposit to hold” on a rental property. He gave me a receipt from Equity Mid Atlantic so I felt like I was in good hands. After a 3+ week reference check he gave me the lease finally. I saw very peculiar things in the lease such as $250 charge for every repair that cost over $250 and 90 mandatory move out notice.
