Very unprofessional and unorganized company to work with.
I would leave zero but you know, it won't let me. In 16 months, we have been through 3 managers and they have left the damage from one of the main line breaks unrepaired for months. When we contact the regional manager Denise Gable, we basically get told in her words to suck it up and wait. Contractors enter your property when you aren't there and end up messing up things worse than before they came. They take advantage of Senior citizens. If you ask the manager of the park a question, she files harassment charges against you & has you evicted. Even when she was proven wrong in court & all charges dismissed, they still would not stop the eviction. They have my Husband so depressed over their actions. He has quit participating in activities at our adult community. They are the greatest example of Senior Abuse.
I lived in Central Park Village for 2 1/2 years. Based on how ELS turns a blind eye to the absolute pathetic 'management' of that park, I would never consider living in another ELS owned park. This poor management reflects poorly and directly on them.
Geffrey and his goons followed a teenage black boy in Florida, harassing him and stalking him asking where he lived. The teenage boy lived in the housing.
