ELS management company does not allocate needed funding to maintain community grounds, security systems or adequately staff office resources. As a result residents requests go unanswered, unresolved safety concerns, and visibly deteriorating property.
Definitely zero stars. Where do I start? It’s kind of funny that their name is equity property management cause that’s exactly what you’re gonna lose. Companies is unorganized the workers seem incompetent. Make more problems than they do solutions. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Trash just trash.

This is the worst management company is AZ. Tim Heim is unprofessional, rude, and unresponsive. We have reached out to them a number of times and have just been ignored. Not only does Tim not care, but his staff doesn’t care. They were dismissive to my elderly parents and completely rude with all interaction. Then I look up their reviews and every feels the same….. stay FAR away from this company. Plenty of companies willing to earn your business. What a bad experience.
