Karen is our Landlady and she is extremely hard to reach. Our property is way over priced at 950 in excelsior springs for an outdated small 3 bedroom house. Within a week of moving in our sewer backed up in the yard and it took 2 weeks to get Karen to respond to our messages and send someone to fix it. I would not recommend anyone do business with the company. Slum Lords taking advantage of good people!
