100% the best experience I've had with a realtor (I've purchased two of my own and sold one before hiring Casie). Losing a parent is a difficult occasion. Losing both parents in six months is almost too much to bear. Add on that the need to sell a house with 51 years of memories (and belongings) plus splitting assets amongst my family- 5 siblings and myself. Casie Draper was exactly what we needed. We were buying without having seen the house. She made herself available all of the time even considering the time change. Texts. Calls. Pictures. Videos. Face time walk throughs. She took measurements so that I could furniture shop online in advance and she referred me to local furniture stores once we arrived.
